At PTBoxing, you only pay for the sessions you attend. Our memberships are highly flexible—you can pause or cancel at any time, even on a weekly basis. Just keep in mind our 24-hour cancellation policy. This makes PTBoxing perfect for those with unpredictable schedules.

You can chose to train one-on-one or in a duo with one of our experienced coaches. Every session is goal-oriented, challenging, and fully tailored to your level of fitness. You'll work on your boxing technique, conditioning, strength, and mental resilience. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get fitter, reduce stress, or simply become a better boxer — we create a personalized program to help you move forward.
